The Sterling Heights Lions Club and President Dr Mary Welsh, hosted Tanya Smith from the Gift of Life Organization. Tanya provided background on organ donation and encouraged the participants to consider signing up for organ donation to potentially offer a life-changing gifts to someone else or multiple people. We have Nancy Bobo provided a perspective from a recipient perspective and Lion Barb McAllister offered her family perspective following the donation of her husband’s organs.
